Thank you for choosing Field to Fork Urban Farm! These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for our VIP Subscription Service, Everyday Greens Subscription, and Grab & Go purchases. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription & Ordering Policies
Subscriptions provide fresh, locally grown microgreens on a recurring basis.
VIP Subscribers select a designated pick-up day (Tuesday or Friday) based on their preference and our planting schedule.
Everyday Greens Subscribers have flexible pick-up but cannot pick up on Tuesdays or Fridays.
Orders must be picked up within five days of harvest to maintain quality.
Available inventory is listed on our Square site and is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Grab & Go orders can be picked up same-day or next-day, except on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Orders must be picked up within five days or the order will be canceled with no refund offered.
2. Payment & Billing
First Order: Payment is made upon pick-up.
Recurring Orders: After the first order, subscriptions are billed automatically on designated harvest dates.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, e-transfer, and major credit/debit cards via Square, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Changes, pauses, or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled harvest date.
Late or failed payments may result in order suspension or cancellation.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Subscriptions may be canceled, paused, or modified with 48 hours’ notice before the next billing cycle.
We cannot guarantee significant increases in order sizes with less than 48 hours’ notice, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

We believe in customer satisfaction—there are no penalties or hard sell tactics for pausing or canceling.
4. Pick-Up & Order Holding Policy
Orders must be picked up within five days of harvest to maintain freshness.
If an order is not picked up within this window, it may be composted or removed from inventory without a refund.
We do not offer shipping; pick-up is required for all orders.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we do not offer refunds once an order has been harvested.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pick-up, and we will work to resolve it.
6. Allergy Notice
Our microgreens are grown in a facility that also produces mustard.
While we follow careful handling practices, those with mustard allergies should be aware of potential cross-contact.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information.
Your contact details are used only for managing your subscription, communicating about orders, and providing customer support.
You may opt-in to receive promotional emails and farm updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Field to Fork Urban Farm is not responsible for the handling or storage of microgreens after pick-up.
Customers are responsible for proper storage to ensure freshness and safety. Microgreens should be refrigerated immediately upon pick-up to maintain freshness and quality.
Those with dietary restrictions or allergies assume responsibility for verifying product suitability.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
These terms may be updated periodically. Any changes affecting subscriptions or billing will be communicated in advance.
